Dr Amal Ahmed is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with special interests in skin, women's health and medical cannabis.

My Story

Dr Amal is a General Practitioner who moved from London, UK to Australia in 2012. In her 20 years of medical practice she has gained experience in many fields of medicine. She holds a masters in rheumatology and rehabilitation gained from Cairo University and a diploma in sexual health/HIV medicine when working at St Mary’s Hospital in London. Dr Amal has a special interest in geriatric medicine and women’s health, she holds a diploma in family planning from the UK. Furthermore Dr Amal is one of the Doctor’s that run the Cannabis Clinic. She has a passion for dermatology and working towards completing a diploma in advanced skin cancer.
